Kimono Tsubo Half Underwear, Linen Material, Pink

This is a half-juban (under-kimono shirt) from the very popular Kimono no Tsubu brand.
Although it has stripes with various colors, it is listed as pink.
I have worn this item about 15 times. I have home-laundered it and kept it on a hanger.
As it is made of linen, there are wrinkles, but no stains or other damage are visible, and it can still be worn.

Collar: 80% Cotton, 20% Linen

This is a 100% linen half-juban with tubular sleeves that is easy to wear and has a collar angle that is easy to adjust.
Linen has several times the moisture absorption of cotton, quickly absorbing sweat and drying it.
Its good breathability and rapid moisture evaporation also make it dry significantly faster than cotton when washed.
Linen is also a material that makes it easy to regulate body temperature.
By trapping air within the fibers, it releases excess moisture and heat when it's hot, and prevents warm air from escaping when it's cold, maintaining a comfortable body temperature in both winter and summer air-conditioned environments.
Furthermore, linen is stronger than cotton, making it suitable for juban that are repeatedly adjusted at the collar.
While linen is generally considered a summer material, the inside of a kimono can become sweaty and humid year-round. Therefore, Kimono no Tsubu proposes linen as an effective material for Japanese innerwear regardless of the season, based on the view that it is beneficial throughout the year.
