A standard passive DI. In addition to its normal DI function, it features an attenuator function to accommodate various input levels.

・Connecting Guitars and Basses
Converts unbalanced, high-impedance signals from guitars and basses into balanced, low-impedance signals for mixer input.

・Connecting Keyboards and Line-Level Equipment
By setting the attenuator to -20dB, signals from keyboards and line-level equipment can be converted into optimal signals for the mixer. The dual-type dBDB can also handle stereo signals from keyboards and audio equipment.

・Connecting Amplifier Heads
By setting the attenuator to -40dB, speaker outputs from amplifier heads can be converted into optimal signals for the mixer. However, in this case, a speaker must be connected to the unit's THRU terminal.

・Connecting DJ Mixers
Even with a DJ mixer's -10dB line level, converting it to a balanced signal with this unit is convenient when long cable runs are necessary.
