KENWOOD DPF-7002 CD Player - New Pickup Replaced

Rare KENWOOD CD Player DPF-7002
Pickup lens has been replaced with a new one. Internal cleaning and lubrication of key parts have also been performed.

It can read and play common commercial music CDs released around 1990-2000 without any issues.
However, some discs may be difficult to read depending on their condition (e.g., severe burrs). KENWOOD's instruction manual and website also state that burrs on the outer edge or center hole of discs, discs with many scratches or dirt, and CD-Rs can cause skipping or reading errors. This is especially true for multi-disc sets (2-3 discs).
Since around 2018, commercial CDs have had fewer burrs.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee operation with all CDs. Please purchase only if you understand the characteristics of used audio equipment and CD media.

Condition
The exterior has very light scuffs on the top panel, but no deep scratches or major dents, and it is in quite clean condition for its age.

Accessories

If you experience reading errors, please also check the condition of the disc, such as dirt or burrs on the CD.
