This is a men's L-size inner vest from TRUE BLUE.

It is labeled as L size, but it feels more like a M size.
I am about 166cm and 70kg, and I usually wear L size for T-shirts, but this inner vest is tight and feels constricting. I hope this is helpful for your reference.
It may be difficult to see in the photos, but there are some whitish stains on the front and two small dents on the back (no holes).
