I was able to play the shinobue for the first time with this flute.
I am listing it because I have acquired a new flute.

Classical Tuning... A two-tone, seven-hole shinobue flute.

Product... ♦ Shinobue flute with rattan binding at the top and bottom (Type ②)

Length: Approx. 50.7 cm
Thickness: Mouthpiece outer diameter Approx. 21.5 mm
            End of tube outer diameter Approx. 18.0 mm

Rattan Binding: Made with 4-rin flat rattan, with the ends folded and coated.
                  (This rattan material is now only available by special order)

Appearance: High-quality finish.

♦ The texture of the aged bamboo, with its scraped surface, is deep and timeless.

※ Light urethane coating has been applied.
   (Also used for bowls)

※ Bamboo with long internodes for one- to two-tone flutes is difficult to obtain (and more expensive).
