Description

Set includes the Topping D10s DAC and OPA627AU operational amplifier (from Shirokuma Seisakusho). (LME49720 is pre-installed).

The stock LME49720 operational amplifier and the OPA627AU each have distinct sound characteristics. It was used until recently and was in normal working condition.

The Topping D10s is a compact yet high-performance USB DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) designed for entry-level users. Released in July 2020, it is highly regarded as an excellent cost-performance model with a retail price of around 13,000 yen.

Key Features:
High-Quality Chipset: Equipped with the ESS ES9038Q2M DAC chip and XMOS XU208 USB interface.
Wide Format Support: Supports PCM up to 384kHz/32bit and DSD up to DSD256 (native).
USB Bus Power: Powered and data transferred simultaneously via a single USB cable from a PC, eliminating the need for an external power adapter and simplifying wiring.
Digital Bridge Function: Also functions as a DDC (Digital-to-Digital Converter), converting USB input to Optical or Coaxial digital output. This allows connection to older DACs or AV amplifiers without USB input.
Replaceable Op-Amps: The internal op-amp (LME49720) is socketed, allowing users to enjoy sound variations by replacing it themselves (op-amp rolling).
