Description

This is an item from my father's old hobby collection, and I'm not sure what it's used for.

There are noticeable stains due to long-term storage. I have lightly cleaned off some dust.

The reel part makes a clicking sound when turned and it rotates.

I am not knowledgeable about this product, so it is being sold as-is, as a junk item.
