Description
This is a long bag for a Tsugaru shamisen.
It was made from black tomesode fabric that had been stored for a long time unfinished, after being washed.
It has a slightly retro feel. The young pine pattern, which looks like feathers, is unique.
As shown in images 6 and 7, there are some fold lines from storage, but they are not severe.
The lining is made from a bolt of black habutae silk fabric. It is a coat fabric, so it has some thickness. It has a tortoise shell pattern embossed on the surface.
Both the outer and inner fabrics are 100% silk.
This is a handmade item by an amateur hobbyist, so please understand.
