I believe these are unisex.
They are a smaller fitting sneaker, so they fit me perfectly even though I usually wear a 24 to 24.5cm.

These are Mark & Lona x ASICS sneakers that sold out immediately after release, and I was finally able to purchase them.

I wore them carefully for casual outings, so they are still in usable condition.

The exterior is clean as shown in the photos.
The inside has some scuffing from socks, but I also used insoles, so the ASICS lettering is still clearly legible.
