When you turn on the power, macOS will start automatically, so you can use it as is.
To switch to Ubuntu, press and hold the Option key immediately after turning on the power. When the OS selection screen appears (Photo 9), select EFI Boot in the middle. After a short wait, Ubuntu will boot.

Optional:
If you do not need Linux, we can change the partition to macOS only before shipping. Please let us know in the comments. The price will not change.
