Major Championship 2nd Tournament Specification Headcover Released
Sea turtles are symbols of patience, wisdom, and good luck.
The second major championship of the 2021 PGA Tour will be held from May 20-23 at Kiawah Island, near Charleston, South Carolina. Callaway will once again release a replica version of the special headcovers (for driver, fairway wood, and utility) actually used by staff players, exclusively through CALLAWAY EXCLUSIVE. Kiawah Island, facing the North Atlantic, is surrounded by a long beach for half of its circumference, and seven species of sea turtles can be observed there. The headcover features a loggerhead sea turtle, one of these species, depicted on the top. Locals are actively involved in sea turtle conservation efforts, steadily supporting nesting and raising. Sea turtles are also considered symbols of patience, wisdom, and good luck, making them a fitting symbol for players competing in a major championship. The base color, khaki, naturally evokes the image of sandy beaches.
Used only a few times, there may be minor scratches, but it is in beautiful condition.
As this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such details. Thank you.
