◯ During cold weather, the plastic bag can become brittle and the squishy's packaging may tear easily. We will confirm there are no tears before shipping, but there is a possibility of tearing during transit or upon arrival. If you wish, we can provide a replacement bag.
◯ As this is a handmade product from overseas, there may be areas with less refined craftsmanship, or the squishy may have minor dust, scratches, or ink transfer. Please only purchase if you understand and accept this.
We cannot accept returns for torn packaging or cracked tags.
◯ To fit within Yu-Packet Post or Mini dimensions, the item will be slightly compressed for shipping. Please be aware that pressure during transit may cause the packaging to fold or the squishy to tear.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these details.
Thank you for your understanding.
