Item from study organization.
I bought it to use at Lake Nozoriko and Lake Chuzenji in Gunma, but it ended up unused and stored away.
I had it set up to be usable with a LOOP brand reel #6/8 QR68-R and a sinking shooting head line 3/4 250g, but it never got used. The protective sheet on the cork grip has been removed, but it is new.
I am also listing the LOOP reel, so please take a look at that as well.

The blank was developed with the concept of long-distance casting performance using shooting heads in lakes and pond-type managed fishing areas. By making it a regular taper, the rod can be swung through from butt to tip without stress during the shoot, enabling incredible casting distance and reliable turns. The adoption of SIC guides for the top and butt guides resolves issues such as line sticking to the blank and the top guide being scraped by sandy lines in managed fishing areas. The blank color is a beautiful clear olive base, which will look great in photos with trophy-sized trout.

This is a line weight that has seen increased demand in recent years. If you want more casting distance than a 6-weight but find an 8-weight too strong, or if you anticipate fighting powerful big trout in slightly larger ponds, this 7-weight, with its stronger butt than a 6-weight, will allow for a more relaxed fight. With the extension butt, it's also easier to enjoy reel fights.
