Junk Item BUFFALO DVR-W1 Double Tuner HDD Recorder

Thank you for viewing.
My previous unit of the same model broke recently, so I purchased this one as a used, working item on Jimoty.
Unfortunately, it was not working, but considering its age, the exterior condition is good, so I am listing it as a junk item.

After purchasing and bringing it home, I checked its operation. Initially, after powering it on, the menu screen was displayed and video playback was possible (the internal HDD had not been initialized). However, when I connected the antenna cable, I could not receive any video or program guide. While checking and re-connecting the cable routing, the menu screen display and video playback stopped working, and it would no longer power on.

Currently, when the power cable is plugged into an outlet, the cooling fan at the rear spins, but nothing else operates. The HDD does not seem to be booting up, and the indicator lamps on the front panel do not light up.
The remote control was operable while the unit was functioning, but I was only able to test a few buttons.

The casing panel was opened by removing only 3 screws for photography. The interior was clean with little dust or dirt.

The exterior: The front acrylic panel has many light scratches on the top surface, but there are few noticeable scratches, and it is quite clean. The metal panels of the casing have almost no scratches and are clean. The rear terminals have little dirt or dullness and are clean with no damage.

As it is an old item, it may have been damaged by vibrations during transport or connection work.
The exterior and interior are clean, and it is a relatively popular model, so how about it for someone who can repair it?
