Upon purchase, the risk of the object of sale shall transfer to the buyer.

In the event of any dispute arising from this transaction, the buyer's maximum liability for damages, whether for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid amount and shipping costs.
The buyer shall bear the costs of restoration to the original condition due to termination, and any other related fees.
If the seller's responsibility is to be pursued, the buyer shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and shall provide evidence to a degree that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The buyer shall bear all responsibility for any issues inherent in transactions between parties, regardless of where responsibility lies.
In the event of any monetary exchange, such as a refund, due to any circumstances arising from this agreement, the exchange shall be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of the seller's fault.
If, for any reason, the buyer needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller shall choose the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment.
