Description
This is a cloth bamboo that I purchased over 5 years ago to make a custom fishing rod.
It was sold as a DIY material at a fishing tackle shop, so I believe the quality is good.
Please refer to the photos for the size, which will give you an approximate idea.
In the past, many people used to make their own rods for otoshi-komi (a type of fishing), but there are fewer people doing that nowadays.
I believe there are various other uses besides fishing rods.
For example, some people who run medaka (killifish) shops use it to make their own nets.
This is an old item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things.
