These are suede fringe long boots from the American brand Sam Edelman. As they are knee-high boots, they can be stylishly worn with pants, micro mini skirts, or even pants.

They have been used less than 10 times and are in good condition with minimal wear on the soles. However, as they are about 5 years old, the synthetic leather on the inside zip side has started to peel due to age. While the peeling is ongoing, it may stick to your socks when putting them on or taking them off, but once it's completely peeled off, it shouldn't be an issue.
