This is a wireless LAN card. It seems to be Intel-made internally, with just a heatsink attached.
What's unnecessarily convenient is that you can add Bluetooth functionality later. Plug this cord into your motherboard, and voilà, Bluetooth becomes usable.
I'm listing this because it's no longer needed due to setting up a receiver in my room. I don't think it has been used much.
