Many counterfeit products disguised as genuine are circulating, but this is 100% genuine.

There are many items being sold that look like the real thing.

◆ Expiration Date for Use: December 2026

Please read to the end.
I think it will help you avoid buying fakes.

If you ask if it's 100% genuine and it turns out to be fake, report it to the police!

If you're okay with a counterfeit, please ignore this.

★We have confirmed with the manufacturer, and it seems that most of the items listed are fakes.
It's best not to judge solely by the expiration date for use.
It seems the expiration date is also being copied.

There are many counterfeit products related to water purification, and fakes are rampant. Manufacturers like Panasonic and LIXIL are also issuing warnings about fakes on their websites.

★For over 3 years, LIXIL and INAX have made it impossible for even employees to purchase anything other than directly from their official website. Even retailers cannot procure them. They are not distributed on the market at all, and cartridge-related products are only sold on LIXIL's official website.

Sellers offering these items, especially those also selling Tornado Sticks, should be extremely cautious.

Please use the following as a reference to make your judgment.

① Be cautious of sellers who have only sold Tornado Sticks or cartridges from other companies in the past.

② Be cautious of those who do not provide images of the expiration date for use.
However, since the paper with the expiration date can also be copied, it is difficult to judge based on the date alone.

③ The only reliable sellers are those with a history of selling Mirable Tsubasa, Mirable Uru, Mirable Sou, and Mirable Kitchen.
Counterfeit Mirable Zero products are rampant.
Sellers who only list Mirable Zero and Tornado Sticks are even more dangerous.

The fakes are so well-made that they are indistinguishable.

★Fake products may be ineffective, cause health problems, damage the threads of the main unit, or cause blockages inside the unit, leading to its malfunction.
This will not be covered by the warranty, and you will have to pay approximately 10,000 yen out of pocket.
