This is a faithful reproduction of the ECWCS Parka, which corresponds to Layer 4 in the five-layer system of the US Army's layering system ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System). This is the second generation of the ECWCS.

The second-generation hood can be stored in the collar.
There are ventilation zippers under the arms, allowing for easy temperature regulation even while wearing it.

The elbows are reinforced, making them highly durable against abrasion.
Pockets are provided on both sides of the body, accessible from both vertical and horizontal directions. There is also a hidden pocket with Velcro closure next to the front zipper.
Flap pockets are also equipped on both upper arms, offering excellent storage capacity.

The outer fabric is PERTEX UNLIMITED, developed by the British company PERTEX for outdoor manufacturers.
The 3-layer shell structure, consisting of a membrane and mesh, has shown very high performance results in domestic water repellency tests in Japan. The seams are taped, providing specifications that are more than adequate for rainwear.
