Paulownia Chest of Drawers, 4 Trays, Double Doors, Japanese Modern, Showa Retro, [Direct Pickup Available]

This is a beautiful paulownia wood *jidai tansu* (antique chest of drawers) with a calm, grayish wood grain.
The beautiful antique silver-gray color is not from paint, but from the paulownia wood changing over many years.
While it has a Japanese aesthetic, its exquisite hue blends seamlessly with modern Western-style rooms and shabby chic interiors.

Being made of paulownia wood, it is surprisingly lightweight and can be carried by a single person, despite its substantial appearance. This makes cleaning and rearranging easy.

The delicate openwork metal fittings and elegant tassels add a touch of accent to your room.
Inside the double doors, there are four shallow drawers (tray-like shelves).
When removed, they can be used as two separate shelves.

We also recommend removing the double doors and using it as an open rack for a stylish look.
