A chic ornament.
The tip appears to be a cotton pearl.
Above that, there's a stone(?) that sparkles in various colors.
The photos were taken on a cloudy day.
The entire piece is lightweight, so the stone(?) part is likely plastic.
While it might seem cheap, it's not noticeable when displayed near a window, for example.
In fact, it's easy to hang anywhere and gently sways in the breeze, adding a sense of lightness.
The design isn't overly flashy and complements old furniture well, creating a nice atmosphere. This is just my personal opinion.
This item is new and unused, but was opened for photography.
