Wajima-nuri ? Sliding Type ? Chopsticks & Chopstick Case ? Set Sale ? New Unused (Has scratches)

Found at my parents' home. The box is not included. This is a lacquered sliding chopstick case. It is new and unused, but *after sliding it a few times, there are scuffs on the corners of the inner box and two scratches on the surface, as shown in photos 7-10.* This is a traditional Japanese lacquered (black lacquer, vermilion interior) sliding chopstick case. It has a drawer (sliding) structure where the inner box for storing chopsticks is pulled out from the outer box. The exterior is finished with a beautiful glossy black lacquer, decorated with cherry blossom motifs. The interior of the box is finished in kuro-uchi-shu (black lacquer with vermilion interior), with a vibrant vermilion color. Please consider it for your personal chopsticks. There appear to be no other major damages to mention, but we ask for your understanding regarding home storage. Approximately 2.2cm in height, 26.4cm in width, and 3.6cm in depth.
