This is an older IKEA item that is no longer in production.

The frosted glass-like finish features a leaf pattern.

Designer: Barbro Wesslander collaborated with Pia Amsell on many glass products (such as the Vasen and Salong series), characterized by minimalist designs inspired by nature.
