【Unused, Excellent Condition】Nonoda Shoten Edo-konro Electric Heater for Tea Ceremony - Tenmoku, Octagonal Type
132.00 $
Description
This is an electric heater from Soko, a company famous for its tea ceremony electric heaters. Soko went out of business in 2018. These heaters are still very popular, and I searched for one for several years before purchasing it (as a spare in case mine broke). However, mine hasn't broken, and I felt it was a waste to keep it stored away, so I'm listing it for anyone who might be looking for one. I think this design is the most attractive in the series. It's made of glossy ceramic.
Although it is an unused item, I opened it after a long time and turned it on to check its function. I immediately felt the heat.
The elegant design is suitable for tea ceremonies or Chinese tea gatherings. It can also be used as an everyday item for grilling mochi or vegetables on a rack, or for hot pot.
