Description

This is a wooden tiny house, Type B (with toilet and shower), designed to withstand cold climates, utilizing Aomori Hiba wood (effects: antibacterial, preservative, moisture-proof, deodorizing, odor-eliminating, relaxing).

Dimensions are approximately W3600mm x D2300mm x H2200mm (approx. 8㎡).

Currently used as accommodation, on-site viewing and overnight stays are possible.

For those wishing to purchase, production will begin after receiving your order, so it will be brand new and unused (used units are also available). We deliver nationwide, primarily within the Tohoku region. Shipping costs will be quoted separately, so please inquire. Customization is also possible according to your preferences.

We offer free on-site assembly as we handle our own delivery.

Live freely in your favorite place, feeling the seasons.
Suitable for various settings, such as coastal areas or scenic mountainous regions.
More freedom than renting, and can also be used as accommodation.
Also useful as a worksite, for rural communities, or as temporary housing in emergencies.
This is a movable small house that can make your dreams and hopes a reality.
The era is shifting from renting (￥60,000/month) to buying (￥3-5 million).
For example, compared to the expense of starting university (￥60,000 rent x 12 months x 4 years = ￥2.88 million), a movable small house (￥3.99 million - ￥2.88 million (rent equivalent) = ￥1.11 million more, but if sold for ￥1.98 million after 4 years, it's about ￥40,000/month in rent, making it a great deal).
Of course, you can move and continue using it after graduating from university.
Why not try a minimal, cost-effective, and free lifestyle?

Production is carried out after thorough consultation following your order. Doors, windows, and equipment can also be customized to your specifications (additional charges apply), so we believe you will appreciate the quality that goes beyond mass-produced items.
