● Product Description: This is a custom-made, brand new pastry board for cooking and baking, manufactured in our own factory in Japan, with free shipping.

The top surface is polished to a high shine. The four corners are rounded, and the top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. The shine is achieved through polishing, not coating, so you can use it with confidence.
The back is equipped with four cork sheets to prevent scratches and provide anti-slip properties, as shown in the fourth image.

Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch and helping to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. This makes it very useful for kneading dough for pizza, bread, pies, and pastries, as well as for chocolate confectionery.
