Ideal for initial ant colonies.
The large hydration area reduces stress on ants during their unstable early stages or hibernation periods, as frequent watering is not necessary.

Please note that all cream-colored parts have now been changed to white. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause due to material availability.

You can customize the hydration area by filling it with cotton, pouring in plaster, or adding pumice.
Maintenance of the watering area is easy and secure, as the glass cover slides open, allowing you to tend to it without worrying about ants escaping.

- Watering is done through a small side hole, allowing you to water without disturbing the ants.
- The product will be shipped with cotton already packed inside.
- The cover is made of high-quality glass, making it scratch-resistant and allowing for clearer observation.
- With two connection holes, you can connect nests or feeding areas, expanding the habitat as needed.
- The sturdy construction ensures safe and secure ant keeping.
- The connection holes are screw-type and securely fastened, allowing for safe keeping and transport. Screw-type plugs are included for the connection holes during shipping.
- The glass cover is secured with magnets on two corners, and a hook on the other side prevents accidental opening.

Suitable for initial colonies of small to large Japanese ants (including *Formica japonica* and *Camponotus japonicus*), as well as initial colonies of foreign ants such as *Oecophylla smaragdina* (Green-headed Ant), *Messor barbarus* (Harvester Ant), and *Polyrhachis* species (Spiny Ants). Also suitable for small insects like pill bugs.
