Foot-pedaled wheelchair "COGY" First model "Profhand" M size, beautiful condition

This is a precursor to the COGY foot-powered wheelchair, named before it was officially called COGY.
The manufacturer's suggested retail price at the time was ¥298,000.
The current manufacturer's new car price for a size M is ¥500,000.

There are no major changes compared to the current COGY.
The difference from the COGY is that the front wheel does not have a parking brake, and the rear wheel disc brake serves as the parking brake. As shown in the image, the mechanism is such that if you grip the brake handle and press the button with your index finger, the brake will engage firmly when you release the brake handle. To release it, simply grip the brake handle, and the button will automatically disengage.
The front tire is an air tire, and the rear tire, which previously caused flat tire problems if not constantly inflated, has been replaced with new, puncture-proof tires. The seat cushion had noticeable folding creases, so we have provided a new, thicker cushion (6 cm thick).
Vulnerable parts of this product have been replaced with robust components.
We highly recommend this product to users who think, If it's clean, I don't mind if it's an older model. (Instruction manual included)
