I am listing these items together as I organize my baking tools.

① Round molds (for madeleines, tarts, pies, etc.): 6 pieces
These are high-quality, made-in-Japan items that were included in a cake decorating tool set from ABC Cooking Studio.
They are very rare deadstock items from nearly 20 years ago and are brand new and unused.

Size: Approx. 57mm bottom diameter, approx. 75mm maximum diameter, approx. 20mm height

② Triangle and Square molds: 4 pieces each (8 pieces total)
These are used items that I received.
I have not used them myself, but they are solidly made of stainless steel and, like the other items, are likely made in Japan. I think they are wonderful, with a Showa retro antique feel that is rarely seen.

Triangle size: Approx. 75mm per side (approx. 35mm base), approx. 20mm height

Square size: Approx. 70mm per side (approx. 27mm base), approx. 20mm height

While integrated baking sheets are popular these days, the biggest advantage of these individual molds is that you can arrange them freely according to the available space in your oven and you can bake only the amount you need.
Stainless steel has good heat conductivity and is especially recommended for those who want to achieve crisp, authentic tarts and baked goods. How about expanding your baking repertoire?
