This is a large unit from Kanamoto.
Please consider this as a repair base as the roof and walls are damaged.
There is considerable rot on the base, but Kanamoto buildings have strong frames, so the framework from the base upwards feels solid. There are no leaks at present, but as it is old, we cannot guarantee how long it will remain leak-free.
The front door's edge is warped, so it does not close very well. The rear door is missing its external lock.

This is for pickup only, so please arrange for shipping yourself.
Located near Nishiyama IC in Niigata Prefecture.

As the condition of the actual item takes precedence, please confirm the item in person to avoid any issues.

Height: Approximately 2650mm
Width: 2510mm x 2 units
Length: Approximately 7400mm

Given its large size, it could be used as a workshop, or modified into a garage by removing walls.

When picking up, please bring tools and cutting equipment, as some bolts on the connecting parts may be rusted and difficult to turn.

The unit is currently full of items, so it may take 2-3 weeks for handover due to the time required to move the contents and disconnect the electricity.
