First, place the scale on the floor and set the board so it is centered.
Turn on the scale and confirm the digital display shows 0.
① Lift the front wheels onto the board and move forward to the stopper.

② Stop approximately in the center of the scale and apply the tire brakes.

③ Check that the feet at the four corners are not touching the floor.
(If the feet are touching the floor, the measurement will not be accurate.)

Finally, subtract the weight of the wheelchair to get the person's weight.
