Insect Pins + Mounting Cards

This set includes 5 Shiga Insect Insect Pins with heads, approximately 40mm in length and 0.5mm in thickness, and 5 Czech-made T11x5 small insect mounting cards (5mm width x 11mm length, plain type).

The pins are made of stainless steel specifically for insects, so there's no need to worry about rust, making them suitable for long-term specimen preservation.

The mounting cards are triangular, thick white paper. They are used to attach small insects with adhesives such as wood glue or animal glue. The sturdy, thick cards are ideal for creating specimens of small stag beetles, ladybugs, small stink bugs, ants, and more. They are also recommended for summer vacation research projects.

While the exact paper quality and type are unknown, you can cut them into your desired shapes with scissors.
