These are culottes with two tiers of ruffles.
The top tier features a star pattern with a denim look, and the bottom tier has a polka dot pattern, creating a very cute combination design ?
The waistband is fully elastic, making them easy for children to wear. The inner pants are made of a lightly brushed material, so they can be worn warmly (*^^*)

Pattern: Culottes (milimili) Inner: 1/3 length
Fabric: Skirt ? Star pattern, denim look, Blueberry dot, blue (jersey knit)
Inner pants ? Plain black (span rib knit, lightly brushed)

Fabric: moca mocha, slowboat
