This item was released about 15 years ago at Black Flag in Aoyama. I remember it sold out immediately, possibly due to limited quantities.

It hasn't been worn much, so it's in good condition, but I'm unsure of the exact size. I usually wear a 7 3/8 in New Era hats, but this one is slightly larger.
