This item has been used and has scratches and dirt. Please check images 8 through 20 for the actual product.
As this is a heavy item, delivery will be in person, and sales are limited to the Tokyo metropolitan area and the prefectures of Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba. I will be delivering it myself, not via a shipping company, so it will be a direct handover. We will arrange a time and place for delivery, so please let me know your available dates and times, as well as the location where you can receive the item (please provide the detailed address after purchase to avoid any issues). Please contact us if you wish for delivery to other regions (we offer a discount for pickup, so please inquire).
This is the Base Up Lay-Down Series that allows you to easily DIY a balcony that looks like a living room.
