Thank you for looking. This is a home sausage maker set from KAI (Kaijirushi).
- Set includes: Sausage maker main unit, 2 types of nozzles, cleaning brush, booklet.
This item was used once or twice and then stored at home. Both the box and the contents are in clean condition with little signs of use.
The included booklet contains simple recipes and does not appear to be an instruction manual (it seems it was not included from the beginning).
A simple diagram of how to use it is printed on the lid of the box.
The mechanism is as follows: pressing the button retracts the knob, you fill it with ingredients and set the nozzle, then squeeze the handle to push out the contents one casing at a time.
It will be shipped using anonymous Mercari delivery (Takkyubin).
The condition is good, but please consider purchasing with the understanding that this is a pre-owned item stored by an individual.
