This is a paring knife from Kurotori Forging Works, crafted using the traditional Tosa Uchi Hamono (Tosa forged cutlery) from Kochi Prefecture.
Made with Ginsan (Silver Paper No. 3) stainless steel, it offers both exceptional sharpness and rust resistance.

The blade features a beautiful checkered pattern, creating a design that is both simple and striking.
It can be used as a versatile small knife, perfect for peeling fruits and vegetables or for detailed tasks.

This is a custom-made item, specially commissioned directly from the artisans at Kurotori Forging Works.
Due to specifications that differ from standard retail products, this knife is rare and few identical pieces are available.

Recommended for home use, as well as for cooking enthusiasts and collectors.
