Nakamura Takaaki Supervised Stainless Steel Knife Set (4 Pieces)

Thank you for viewing.

This is a set of 4 stainless steel knives and a knife, supervised by Nakaaki Nakamura.

(Types of knives and their uses)
* All-purpose knife (Santoku knife)
Use: This is the workhorse of the kitchen, suitable for preparing a wide range of ingredients such as meat, fish, and vegetables.
* Paring knife
Use: Small and easy to handle, it is ideal for peeling fruits and small vegetables, and for fine cutting tasks.
* Bread knife/Frozen food knife (Serrated knife)
Use: The serrated blade allows you to cut through the crust of hard bread without crushing it. It is also used for cutting lightly frozen foods.
* Tomato/Slicing knife (Utility knife)
Use: With its slender, serrated blade, it is suitable for cleanly slicing soft vegetables and fruits like tomatoes.
Each blade is engraved with the Nakaaki Nakamura signature and made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and easy to care for.

I am selling these items as I am decluttering my kitchenware. Although they are unused, they have been stored out of the box for a long time, so there may be some scuffs. I would appreciate it if you would consider purchasing them if you understand and do not mind this.
