Made from the soil of Iga, Mie Prefecture, famous for its earthenware pots, its porous texture regulates the moisture of the rice.
Place freshly cooked rice inside, close the lid, and wait for about 5 minutes.
You can enjoy even more delicious, glossy, and chewy rice.
Store leftover rice in the Meshitsu Kororin and place it in the refrigerator once cooled.
When reheating in the microwave, the ceramic's moisture-regulating power allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of freshly cooked rice.
