Purchased a few years ago, but I haven't had the time to use it, so I'm offering it to someone who can make good use of it!
You can create a budgerigar (pastel color) designed by Sachiko Susa, a popular wool felt artist.
It uses Aclaine, an acrylic fiber, which makes it easier to clump together than regular wool felt, making it recommended for beginners.
