These are rhizomes with ginger sprouts.
We will include as many as possible, with at least 12 sprouts. Over 200 grams.
We are farmers.
We have extra ginger and are sharing it.
This summer, we harvested a lot of fresh, plump ginger.
Try it sliced thinly and topped with bonito flakes, as an ingredient in miso soup, or pickled in sweet vinegar.

You may not be able to harvest in the first year after planting, but you should be able to harvest from the second year onwards.
