● Sowing Period
Temperate regions: Mid-February to early April / Mid-September to mid-October

● Sowing Method
Sow in rows with 10cm spacing in a seedbed, covering with about 0.5cm of soil.
Once germinated, thin to achieve a spacing of 2-3cm between plants.
When the plants reach a height of 20-30cm, it is the optimal time for transplanting seedlings.
Dig trenches 20-30cm deep in ridges 100cm wide, and plant in 2-3 rows with a spacing of approximately 5cm between plants.
