?? Sage seeds are known to have a low germination rate.

While not all seeds are guaranteed to germinate,
we select and include seeds that are well-formed and as large as possible.
Small, underdeveloped seeds and whitish immature seeds are removed.
Due to the low germination rate, if you want to ensure seedlings, we recommend sowing as many seeds as possible.


Best sowing times are March-April and September-October.
Optimal germination temperature is 20-25°C.

To increase germination rate, some people perform cold stratification in the refrigerator for about one month before sowing.
Soak seeds in water for 24 hours before sowing.
Some people add a germination stimulant to the water when soaking the seeds.

Based on our past sowing experience,
we believe that preparing extra seeds and prioritizing those that sink when soaked in water is a good method for germination, so please try it.
