400 Colorful Carrot Seeds
2025 Harvest

? Colorful Carrots

Seeds are mixed.

The 4-mix includes purple, red, yellow, and orange colors. Each color has different nutrients, and they are characterized by different flavors, sweetness, and textures.

?? Sowing: Mid-March to Mid-April, Late July to August

?? Recommended Ways to Eat
. Simply cut the carrots into sticks! Dip them in your favorite seasoning such as miso or mayonnaise. The natural flavor of the ingredients can be well appreciated, making it recommended for comparing the different colors!

. Colorful Pickles: Soak carrot sticks in pickle liquid made with vinegar, sugar, and salt overnight. The purple pigment will fade over time.

? Swiss Chard
Sowing Period: April to October

Swiss chard is a vegetable in the amaranth family, also known as Fudansou (everlasting greens), a convenient leafy green that grows in the summer. Its colorful leaves are also popular as ornamental vegetables.
★ How to Eat
Surprisingly, pickling is a recommended way to eat Swiss chard! When lightly pickled, the colorful hues stand out, and you can enjoy its crisp texture.
Swiss chard pairs well with oil; when stir-fried, it has a slightly sweet and crisp texture.
It is also recommended to quickly boil Swiss chard and dress it.
