Harvest Period: 80 days after sowing. Harvest when shiso plants reach 30cm or taller.

Shiso seeds do not germinate immediately after sowing. Soak the seeds in water for a full day before sowing. You can sow seeds individually at intervals of about 30cm (spot sowing) or in a straight line (line sowing); either method is fine. After sowing, lightly cover with soil and then water.

Ooba (large-leaf shiso) is known for its refreshing flavor and aroma and is mainly harvested from late June to August. It is a recommended vegetable/herb for gardening beginners due to its robust nature and ease of cultivation. A long harvest period and the ability to pick a lot are also significant advantages. Planting one plant will be very useful for your summer cooking.

? Kale is a vegetable rich in lutein, beta-carotene, calcium, melatonin, vitamins (E & C), dietary fiber, etc.
● Kale is expected to have benefits such as promoting eye health, anti-aging, improving sleep, relieving stress, boosting immunity, improving skin, strengthening skin, mucous membranes, teeth, and bones, improving blood circulation, and relieving constipation.

Optimal sowing periods are March-April for spring sowing and July-August for summer sowing. Harvest is approximately 3 months after sowing.
