These are cylindrical carrots, making them easy to grow and eat. A long-selling variety loved in Europe since the 19th century. It's a sweet and tender variety that can be enjoyed raw. This early-maturing variety isn't picky about soil. The harvest size is approximately 12-15cm. They tend to grow larger in cooler climates. Autumn sowing results in smaller carrots.

The seeds offered are from this autumn's harvest.
The field has been cultivated without pesticides since its reclamation and is organically grown.
The carrots are grown using natural farming methods without fertilizer.

Cultivation Method:
● Sowing Period: March - September (January - March in a greenhouse)

Sow directly in rows (shallowly, 5-15mm from the soil surface). Thin to a spacing of 5-8cm and hill up the soil. Maintain a row spacing of 25cm. Water if the soil becomes too dry. Cover the roots with soil once they emerge from the surface. Harvest is expected 70-90 days after sowing.

Organic seeds committed to safety.

GFP Sustainability Standards: Green Field Project Co., Ltd. has established GFP Sustainability Standards to independently verify that seeds are produced through organic cultivation and are free from chemical disinfection. As seeds are not certified under the Organic JAS standard, we aim to promote organic seeds through our own standards.
