[Sowing Method]
Sow in rows or broadcast, cover with about 1cm of soil, and compact firmly.

[Benefits]
? Soil Improvement
By extending roots deeply, it improves the soil's granular structure, enhancing drainage and aeration. This creates a better growing environment for vegetables.

? Organic Matter Supply
It produces a large amount of organic matter as it grows. Incorporating this into the soil increases the organic matter content and promotes microbial activity.
