By adding vertical and swinging movements to the front/back and left/right seat movements, the motion becomes three-dimensional, strengthening lower limb muscles and core muscles (abdominal and back muscles) more than the traditional Rodeo Boy. The seat is designed to fit your sitting posture, allowing for stable training of the abdominal, back, and thigh muscles, which are often underutilized. It provides aerobic exercise indoors with an exercise intensity comparable to walking.
You can easily continue exercising every day. Recommended for those concerned about lack of exercise or poor posture. It features automatic courses, 4 speed settings, and a 15-minute auto-timer to prevent overuse.
