■ Roasting Method
- Half-Kiln Direct Flame Roasting: Heat is concentrated in a half-kiln, with three sides of the roaster enclosed by brick.
- After roasting, the aroma is sealed in using a degassing bag, airtight container, and wooden barrel.
- We ship freshly roasted beans (depending on the product, we may ship after degassing is complete).
